There are many different devices available to check your blood sugar.  If you are using one of the devices shown below, then we will be able to upload your readings to our computers in clinic.  Some of the devices have other advantages as well, which we have listed below. 

If you use a different device to check your blood sugars, please write your blood sugars down for at least 4-5 days before your appointment.  If you don’t have a log book, you can print a record sheet here to write your blood sugars on.
